We guarantee your satisfaction at 1776 Mint . We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange on everything we sell, including all bullion and coins. This right is limited to seven (7) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days from the date on which the customer receives their item and keeps the item in its original packaging. The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your items and. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 1776 Mint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return, that does not comply with these requirements.
We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to email us at email@example.com . We will always do our best to accommodate you. 1776 Mint reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders if a refund is requested. we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money, if an acceptable replacement is not available.
On returning bullion related items, the customer may (at 1776 Mint discretion) be required to pay for any market losses on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of 1776 Mint.
Pricing or Typographical Errors - We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, 1776 Mint shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Additional Terms - Additional terms relating to certain products (such as prices, methods of payment, our policies with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations and/or exchanges) may be posted on the site on the pages describing the products.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may not cancel any order once you place it with us. If you fail to follow through with timely payment on an order, you are responsible to us for any monetary damages (including, but not limited to, market losses and collection fees). By placing an order with us, you are liable for any and all losses in value of the items you ordered. Items you purchase will generally be shipped to you via common carrier within 1-5 business days of your cleared payment (and upon full satisfaction of all amounts you owe to 1776 Mint) and should only take a few days to arrive. If an order is expected to take longer to ship, we will advise you when the order is placed.
We reserve the right to refuse, void, or liquidate orders (at any time and without notice) from you if you fail -- or have previously failed -- to honor your commitments, violate our policies, who attempt to circumvent our promotional conditions, or where we detect potentially fraudulent or money laundering activity. To further protect against fraud and breach of contract, be advised that your phone transactions may be recorded and you consent to such recording as a condition of doing business with 1776 Mint.
- Product not as described or defective - order has a significant undisclosed impairment
- Order or service not delivered - transaction was paid for but undelivered
- Friendly fraud - cardholder intentionally files a dispute to get something for free
There is a $20 per day fee for Fraudulent Chargebacks from the date the Fraudulent Chargeback is opened to the date your bank makes their decision or you cancel the Fraudulent Chargebacks . Payment for Fraudulent Chargeback fees will be due within 7 days of the date your bank makes their decision . After this time any fees plus the original billed amount will incur interest at a rate of 15% monthly.
Making a false chargeback in most states is punishable with a fine or imprisonment. In general, the penalties for credit card fraud vary from one to three years in jail and a fine for $1,000 to $10,000.
